System Pics 2015
Posted by: hungryhalibut on 21 December 2014

It's the 21st of December, so it's time for the new System Pics thread.
The SuperUniti and UnitiServe are the same as last year, but the Hutter rack and PMC twenty.23s are new.
Specially for Tobyjug :-)
Pics below are the cupboard where I have my gear and my lounge.
On the top shelf of the cupboard (the only place for hot stuff like switches
) is the routher (Airport Extreme), switch and a Unifi wireless access point (the "flying saucer").
Audio gear is in the middle shelf of the rack. SuperUniti for the lounge and a Qute for the dining room. The UnitiServe and another Qute are upstairs in myden.

Bet those CDs weigh a bit. I'd be a bit worried that maybe one day they decide to try being a LP and land on your turntable.

Just thinking the same....
This window is so spectacular that nobody, so far, has negatively commented on the acoustic damage that the long seat between the speakers night cause..
Audiophile have sensitivity, after all...
what a view and lot's of snow!
I'd be hanging out of the windows with a shotgun to make sure nothing (or no-one) walked across that patch of show and left footprints in it! ![]()

Very nice. Liking how you've hidden everything away but the speakers!
New picture with Fraimlite levels mixed (dark cherry/black) and a thin, rigid vinered wooden shelf for the LP12 (from an old Target audio rack, replacing the glass shelf).

Looks great - I happen to prefer a tidy room myself without the usual Hifi-altar. Good looking Audiovectors too!

A very good idea and a brilliant way to keep your rooms uncluttered.

I can see it - no probleem ![]()
Actually it's not showing on my iPad but it is on the computer ![]()
I can see the picture on my MacBookPro just fine. Is this another example of the OS8 on mobile devices perhaps?
Just looked and it's not on the MBP either.

And I cannot see it on my MacBookPro.

Nor on my iPad Air!

Just checked again and I can still see it. Mind you, I'm still using Maverick, having resisted the free upgrade to Yosemite until it's a received a few more bug updates. Could that be a possible explanation?

I can see it fine on my MBP + Mavericks, I hope Clearaudio doesn't mind but I've uploaded it to my photobucket and reposted, hopefully it can be seen below?

thanx dry stone

No probs.
It was actually a very large size, larger than the 450 or 500 width recommended; that might have been the problem, I resized it down to 450 before I reposted.
