System Pics 2015
Posted by: hungryhalibut on 21 December 2014

It's the 21st of December, so it's time for the new System Pics thread.
The SuperUniti and UnitiServe are the same as last year, but the Hutter rack and PMC twenty.23s are new.

I'd like to say magical powers, but it's just a piece of plastic trunking, which we had put in at the same time as having the fireplace installed.
Hi Chris,
I would like more information on Vicoustic panels, which product are you using. They look stunning in that room a perfect match for you equipment.

Thank you love_leeloo.
Introducing the lovely Kudos Super 20 in White...

Nice set-up !!!
Very nice that^
I love how sometimes the simplest stuff just looks so cool and retro. Love it!
I recently got an LP12 and am still jigging my set up around (sometimes the excitement of buying a new component can be negated by the arseache of moving everything around and messing with ones chi) so will get some pics up when it's done ![]()
I had to wait a while for it, but it was worth it,
.
And to keep things on topic:

I confess, I have no idea what it is but.......there is something just wonderful about a picture of a turntable doing its thing.
Lovely.

2014 changes: Kudos Titan's, Chord Sarum TA interconnects + ethernet, 2 x 555, Vicoustic room treatments.

Okay ... a very little Naim setup but its mine :-)
UnitiQute (original but with upgraded 24/192 board)

(with Arcam AVR400, Cambridge Audio 751DB and Project X-Pack)

B&W CDM7NT speakers.
Streamer,
I would suggest contacting your local Vicoustic distributer. They can help you design the best solution. Even a modest installation like mine netted a huge improvement in the sound. Highly recommended.

I like the statement! Good job!
I'm too embarassed to post in this thread. You guys seem to live in houses from the pages of a catalogue!

Surely you realise it's all photoshopped!
I think I need to buy a lottery ticket ![]()

I like to share my frugal opulence
This was on Vogue few years ago.

Nahhh... I just only take pictures after cleaning up... There's dog toys everywhere now... And magazines... And stuff...

You're riget... Photoshop is kind of expensive these days ![]()
Finally after years of lusting after one I have one of these - Sondek! My life is complete. It was a bit rough when I got it but mechanically sound. Spent a day cleaning it all and it looks mint now. Machine polished the original smoked lid (I am also into car detailing and have a full pro 3M polishing kit) and it looks great now. It was really really bad when it arrived but now it looks great!!
Anyway here are the photo's after moving everything about and getting it all set up. I have to say thanks to Jon (faux) off here too as he has given me loads of advice and never got tired of my never ending questions and obsessive maniacy haha...

And one of the whole rig with the SBL's:

Where next I ask???
This isn't the place for a big digression, perhaps, but a bit of mint lid appreciation seems appropriate.
Let's start a 'show us your LP12' thread like on the Scottish forum!

A beautiful setup.
