Christmas vinyl 2014 - what did you get?

Posted by: joerand on 24 December 2014

There are three or four LPs under my tree but I can't open them until morning.

What have you unwrapped in the earlier time zones?

Time for me to hit the hay. Merry Christmas.

PS,

Check you don't have two copies of Help slipped in other covers and check the white album and MMT for pressing quality.

Winehouse and Petty LPs. What I thought was a third LP turned out to be a lovely 2015 Beatles wall calendar! A happy haul for me .

Talking of damaged river goods, I received the 180g vinyl LP "The Endless River" which is going back (to the local record store though). SIde one, track one has a pressing fault and is warped.

One a happier note, I also received Annie Lennox "Nostalgia" on CD.

A frost scraper for the windscreen.  Only worthwhile use of vinyl I know

I find using a CD is much more efficient....
