Spotify Premium For £0.99 (For 3 months)

Is Spotify Premium the same as 'Spotify Connect', which is what is required for Naim Streamers? I've checked their website, and it's not too clear. They are offering a trial period for three months...£0.99!
I'm sure it's too good to be true...
My understanding is that 'Spotify Connect' needs the Spotify Premium service rather than one of their 'lesser' services. The 3 month offer should work fine. Unfortunately I can't confirm any of this as Spotify Connect won't work on my UQ1 without an expensive uograde. Not that I'm bitter at all!

Premium: You can use Spotify Connect. It lets you control music between your devices. While playing a song, for instance, you can switch playback from your phone to tablet or even to a connect-enabled speaker, as long as they are on the same Wi-Fi network.
For £0.99...not an awful lot to lose!
