Macbook Pro using Qobuz > Sonos Connect > Unitiqute 2 > Speakers

Hi all,

I've been out of the hifi world for quite sometime. I've been running Adam active speakers through an iMac and although are very detailed and accurate I don't seem to get the enjoyment that you get from a nice Naim setup.

I have been using Spotify for years but since looking through the forums I have discovered Quboz which to me sounds far better than Spotify.

I'm looking at purchasing a Unitiqute 2 and some Neat Motive SX2s. My question is will it be possible to play Quobuz from my Macbook pro using the Sonos interface streaming to the Sonos Connect which will be connected to the Unitiqute with a digital connection?

Sonos will take care of Qobuz all by itself, no need for Mac.

I take it the Sonos comes with some sort of controller with a screen.

Paul, the Sonos apps run on iOS, Android, PC and Mac. They work well and you share playlists between the apps as they can either be saved on the Sonos Connect or with Subscription service itself.

Sounds like the Sonos is the way to go. Will need to wait until we move into our new house before I can buy the system
