Thanks for the reminder John. I heard Dave Clark being interviewed about this programme on the Steve Wright Show on Radio 2 about ten days ago. It sounds promising.

I watched this last night and it was a bit odd. Overlong at 2 hours and narrated by Dave himself in a dull monotone, it was like a cross between a publicity film and a spoof documentary. Contributors included Bruce Springsteen, Laurence Olivier, Stevie Wonder, Ozzie Osbourne and Tom Hanks. Plenty of music though and good for those of us who remember the sixties.

Agreed. I got fed up with it and gave up after about an hour. Far too long.

I watched it last night. A bit tedious. Some good '60s film footage though. Big Cuban heels or what?

Music was great, and the 60's home video was great but overall the edit was indulgent, ill disciplined and an hour too long.
