Spotify om nd5 xs

hello i have à problem.

i have update my streamer, but icant get spotify working.

after Thè update i do can select spotify. Than i go to THE spotify app. But i cant select thè nd5xs. It is nog visible.

I have try to update again but with no effect.

somebody has a idea?

Select Spotify on the ND5xs.

Open Spotify app on iPad etc.

Click the speaker logo in the bottom right and select ND5xs.

Apologies if you have already done this.

As well as what Neil said, Spotify is a paid service. If you haven't subscribed, you will not be able to use it with your ND5.

Yes i know Thatcher is à pand service, and yes i pay. I also tried several times THE speaker button in the right. Every device in my house i can select except my Naïm streamer

Any chance your nd5 and all your other devices are not on the same network (eg your guest wifi vs your main intranet)?

No imposible, my streamer is connecties with cable to my netwerk. I have tried everything. I now are listening tru sonos connect. Connected whit specifieke optical cable. sounds ok but prefer spotify true Naïm

Sounds to me like your router isn't up to scratch. See the sticky thread at the top of the 'Streaming Audio' forum and try the tests.
