Problem With ND5 XS after installing V4.4

Hi,

 

I can't get the app to see the ND5, on the last upgrade I was able to go into the settings on the app and change the multiroom function this time nothing...

First, can you confirm that the streamer works normally from the Uniti remote it shipped with?

If that is okay then you possibly need to reinitialise the n-stream. Asuming it is the current version of n-stream, close the app fully (don't  just exit it).

Also, from the Uniti remote, can you confirm that the network settings in the streamer were not reset?

Hi,

 

Yes it works fine with the remote, it also works with my other iPad which has the previous version of the n-stream app installed.  This is something to do with the latest drop of n-stream

Hmmm, if you temporarily unset the nstream "always connected" and select the option to "reset app" does it work?

I never had a problem when updating the firmware other than my NDX device name was reset so I had to select it again in nstream from the device list.

We've not seen this as a general issue with the new release of the Naim app - can you please also try a reboot of your iPad (hold down the home and power keys together until the device turns off and then comes up with the white Apple logo) and see if that resolves your issue.
