Spotify connect and a wired network?

Can someone please confirm if it's possible to use Spotify connect if the Uniti is connected through wired network (not wifi). Or is it "wifi" only?

A 'wired' connection to your switch is just fine, even preferred.

Great to hear, it works with the spotify app or naim app? I don't have an spotify account on the moment but want to.
