N-stream crashes

Hi I have an ndx using iPad 2.

if I start a track using the buttons on the front of the ndx the track plays then if I then go to the n-stream app a few mins later to change track I notice the following phenomena:

1) the app tends to crash.

2) when it finally wakes up the artwork of the original track is distorted and low res. (btw it took 6 months of me pestering twonky to get hi res artwork again and also in folder view to get them to put the tracks in the correct album order). As soon as I play a track from the app the hi res images return.

P.s since the iPad installed the latest software the new n-stream app crashes continuously. Is there any fix on the way that anybody is aware of. I'm sure its getting worse. My wifi connection is rock solid with always around 30mb when streaming around my house. I trust this is plenty...
