hi at all,

i cannot access my radio preset or any internet radio on my Uniti Serve (firm. 1.7b) .

N-serve 2.9 is crash.

Can you help me?

Mac,

have you confirmed that the US has an Internet connection ? If not I would try to establish this first....

Several ways possible, in IOS for Mac there is a status for Internet connection, .......alternatively just try to rip a CD and see if the U.S. performs an online look up of the AMG database, ..... or pick a CD and try to look for a new album cover using the edit function.

Did it work before and just stop, or has it never worked? How is it connected to your network and hifi?

Userve has stopped working three weeks ago .

Router and userve are connected with Ethernet cable, ripping working properly as well as the connection to the database amg.
Internet radio does not appear on the menu n-serve 2.9 / 2.8 is only present in version 2.7.7147.
Even on desktop client voice radio is disabled.

Are you running the latest firmware on the US ? If yes, not sure what to suggest other than a call to Phil Harris at Naim who seems to be able to sort out almost anything....
