B&W Society of Sound - recommended

Is anybody on the forum part of this - and is it recommended, bringing the value you looked for ?
I used to subscribe, probably 3-4 years ago now. The range of music was so wide that I only found a couple of artists that I really liked and still listen to now. With spotify etc. available these days it would have been cheaper to just listen to albums there & separately download the ones I liked (which I what I do now). Having said that it may suit others with wider musical taste than my rock leanings..
I got a free subscription when I bought a B&W A5. It was good but limited in terms of the number of albums available. At the time you could download everything at once. Now you can only download 2 albums a month which makes it poor value for money.
I've been a member in the past but lapsed around 12 months ago. Recently resigned up and was able to download the 20 albums that had been released since the membership lapsed (10 "Real World Studios and 10 LSO Live recordings) as well as having another 24 albums to look forward to.
You only need to find enjoyment from 4 or 5 of the albums for it to be valued at the same price as buying those albums "retail" and if you factor in the extra costs for high res downloads then even less.

That's also the thought I had already - so when having access to the already released albums it seems a no brainer and depending on the out coming albums one can decide which path to go next. Thanks for giving me that background as I was not sure.
just registered and realized that I already had some of the albums of the LSO - but still the remqinder will give me enough value. With f.i. The rest of the LSO and they had a Portico Quartet Live album. So no regrets.
