Naim Support closed for the holidays?

Sent an email to the support crew last week about ios app issues but have had no response.

 

Are they closed for the easter break?

Jasons, I suggest you re-send.  It may have got lost in the ether or fallen foul of spam filtering.  Otherwise, call Naim on the phone.

Hi Guys,

 

We are 'officially' closed (as in the factory isn't open) on weekends and bank holidays however Steve and I try to keep an eye on email for anything that is drastically urgent. We normally respond to *MOST* emails the next working day - sometimes we might need to bounce a query through someone here and then that might take a little longer.

 

If you email us and *DON'T* get a reply within a couple of days then please feel free to escalate anything to me directly - phil.harris@naimaudio.com ...
