Naim HDX AMG look up

Odd issue with Naim ripping.  Wonder if anyone has a solution.  Ripped the 1982 Album 'Weather Report' by Weather Report just now.  All went fine.  But the - previously ripped - 1971 Album 'Weather Report' by Weather Report disappeared - I assume overwritten by the new one.  Re-ripping the 1971 version just erased the 1982!   Is there any way of disabling the AMG look up so the album comes in as 'unknown' and then I can just edit it in N-Serve?

Ok. Stand down!  Sorted this out (by just editing the already-ripped title, then re-ripping the other one).  Still curious whether it is possible to turn off the AMG search.  N-Serve is a very poorly documented piece of software.

That's exactly the way I deal with these kind of re-issues... No other solution I'm afraid.

Your solution is the one I think most of us use, when discovering this behavior. You could just disconnect the server  from the net, rip the cd  and then do the taggin  yourself.
