Try “Humanz” by Gorillaz. It takes a couple or 3 plays then it grabs you and doesn’t let go.
Incredibly diverse, refreshingly new.
I have to highly recommend the deluxe version.

I used to go to see Chris Coco play in the late 80's at the Zap Club in Brighton an extremely annoying woman on the door was very, very selective about who she let in.

I would like to add the winner of Radio 3's breakfast Christmas Carol competition for amateur composers. They were asked to set the medieval words: Sir Christemas and the winning entry was by Bernard Trafford. It's full of joy and tunefulness but not trivial. It must be jolly hard to sing, but the superb BBC singers make an outstanding job of it. The music is very catchy: a real earworm, I find. I think R3 are going to feature it on Christmas Day and I could well imagine many choirs adopting it into their repertoire. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post a link, but you can find it by searching for "Radio 3 breakfast carol" and clicking the top result. At least this works in the UK. Apologies to any non-UK forum members who cannot access it.
