Cyrillic fonts support

Hello. Almost two years ago I bought NS02, and for now this device still does'nt support the cyrillic fonts. Do you have any plans of creating firmware that supports cyrillic fonts? Or maybe there are other ways to display it correctly?

I've got the answer from Naim support.

Sorry the platform our servers is built on does not and cannot support Cyrillic and there are no plans to support this

Annoying fact Is it really hard to fix this issue?
