I came to Car Share late and I didn't immediately warm to the first episode, but I stuck with it and was very glad that I did.
I hadn't initially planned to watch it as in the past I have found Peter Kay's humour, though funny, a bit obvious and samey - OK in small doses but iwas not a huge fan.
This series has impressed me though - it was funny but charming as well - and with an integral music theme that resonated with me.
I really enjoyed it - and would recommend it

Hi Chris.
A little gem. I was not hitherto, a particular fan of Peter Kay, but caught the series from the start and loved it. Great synergy from PK and Sian Gibson who was fabulous.
There were some lovely subtle and swift flashes of humour. Did you spot the hand-written sign on a pavement which was on-screen for only a second or two, and stated?
'MISSING HUSBAND. LAST SEEN ENTERING A WHORE'.
Cracked me up.
John.

It turned out to be a good series and had me laughing out loud at times.
As you say Chris some good music clips but non from his mate he plays Double Shovel with...

I thought it was ok. Phoenix Nights it was not but it did have its moments, the episode when Sian Gibson was drunk, a brilliant performance by her and the episode when they were playing 'Guess who I am' with the 'post its', it cracked me up at the end
