How do I move music from my NAS to my US HDD?

I have a NAS with all of my ripped CDs on. How can I copy all of those albums onto the HDD of my US?
You can copy them to your downloads folder in the US.

Errrm, I don't have a downloads folder on my US !!
Here is what happens if I try to MOVE MUSIC:
- Access the US via the web browser interface
- Select "System"
- Select "Manage Music"
- Select "Move Music"
- Select "Move Music" [sic]
- Select "Next"
The screen now states, "Empty Music Store" - There are no albums on Music Store Please select another Music Store".
- Click the back arrow until the System Menu is reached
- Select "Music Stores"
- Select "Manage Music Stores"
- "Loading..." appears and stays there for......hours.....and.......hours.....and.....
???
If this is an original Serve with the 1tb hard drive, it doesn't have a downloads folder and can only hold albums that it rips itself. If this is the case, I would leave the music on the NAS and let the serve pick it up via the network. This is a very clever facility of the serve whereby it effectively scoops up all the music and presents it as one.

I'm impressed that you resisted the temptation to suggest bypassing the Unitiserve altogether
