Ginger Baker 'Imagine' TV Documentary

Definitely one to put on my "must not waste time on" list. At the risk of inviting scorn and derision, has there ever been such an average musician so revered simply by being associated with two proper musicians.
Mr Baker's alleged obnoxious behaviour t (even allowing for old age) towards his supporters and people who genuinely have his interest at heart doesn't excuse bad manners.
Perhaps I'm biased - i.e. all things regarding the band Cream do not make classic music just because it's so old.
Apologies if his has offended you - it's being boiling over for a long, long time.
I saw a documentary on BBC4, sometime in the last 12 months in which Baker came over as a miserable, bitter prick without a good word for anybody. Would have that have been this, or is this Imagine a new production?
Great programme. What a fascinating and disagreeable man he is. I guess there's some Roger Waters' 'lost dad in the war' angst going on, and imagine trying to live up to a man who died fighting for his country and went by the fantastic name of Frederick Louvain Formidable Baker?
And looking like 'Ginger' did as a kid too. Isn't it strange how some rare and uniquely talented individuals who have the gift of bringing pleasure to millions, can have a disaster area of a private life?
Peter Edward Baker is not a well man, and does not appear to be long for this world.
John.
