Musi sporty connect

Hello. From two months I have problems with spotify connect function . Muso unhappy bought a few months ago. I wanted to connect Spotify function . Muso not be combined with Spotify , other functions are working properly . Because of this problem I can not solve , I wanted to bring Muso to the seller but met with refusal . I made the exchange router but it did not help . Please indicate what to do next beyond discouraging others to buy Muso .
