I thought I'd get the ball rolling with this one. Nicely self-deprecating and very timely considering today's sad news:

perhaps familiarity makes this seem a strange choice, but it's a great title.

The Modest Mouse discography is consistent with quirky album titles

The Lonesome Crowded West

We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank

Strangers to Ourselves

These titles always amuse me:

The Lone Deranger

Bread and Buddha

West Eats Meet

If I could Do It All Over Again I'd Do It All Over You

One of my all-time favourites: Cliff Barnes & the Fear of Winning - Guns, Love and a Cactus in your Heart

I have always been amused by Deana Carter's 'Did I shave my legs for this?'

Music quality aside, and maybe not THE best ever, but this always made me smile ....

The Jesus and Mary Chain: The Power of Negative Thinking.

Blooming awful, Richard. Just a bit of fun as expected with a title like like that and nothing too serious.

One that has always amused me

Contains two of my favourite lyrics, too...

"With the money from her accident, she bought herself a mobile home..."

&

"How can you lie there and think of England when you don't even know who's on the team..."

Of course, 20 Jazz-Funk Greats is one of the greatest album titles ever (as anyone who knows anything about TG will know, it is also one of the least-appropriate titles ever)

And there's also Tacky Souvenirs of Pre-Revolutionary America by Culturecide:

And then there's Funk Beyond The Call of Duty by the mighty JGW:

Goddamit, gonna have to play it now...

Almost any Caravan album title could make it on this list, but I'd plump for:

'If I Could Do It All Over Again I'd Do It All Over You'.

It's a great album too.

Magnificent band. As John Peel said: "In a decently ordered society, members of Half Man Half Biscuit would be routinely carried shoulder high through the streets of every city they visited."
