Internet radio lost - help please

Posted by: JSH on 15 July 2015

With the help of many here, I've just moved from wireless to wired connection via a bridge.  My UpnP server (Minim) is working beautifully (thereby suggesting the connection to the router is fine) but I cannot get Internet radio to connect at all either via the handset or the Naim app ( android).  The front of the Qute2 just shows BBCR3HD as "connecting" but it does not connect.  The same with Audiophile Classical

When I first went to wired a day or so the radio worked well, so something has happened.  If I go to iRadio on Naim app I do not get the menu for Podcats, Stations etc, jut a blank screen

I have reset the router, turned off the bridge and the Naim and unplugged them for a half hour but nothing still (Thankfully, the Minim is still OK)

Can anyone help please?  Many thanks

Check your DNS settings, could be that it stopped working due to lease expiry and now something is amiss at the renewal

Hi,

If UPnP is working correctly but Internet Radio isn't then it sounds like a gateway / DNS issue.

If you plug your Mu-so directly into your router via a wired connection (without going through your wireless bridge) then does your Mu-so connect to internet radio?
