Muting

Trust I'm not boring you all with this query.

After the iradio alarm streams for 30 minutes and turns off I find that the Uniti 2 is muted. Even if I select a new input the unit remains in Mute mode. I then unmute with either the remote or the unit buttons. Two questions anyone:

1. Is this normal?

2. Is it possible and reasonable to modify the NAIM app so that it can be used to unmute? As the app can control volume and input source, surely mute control should not be technically difficult.

2. yes, is possible, there is an icon on the left of the volume slider to tap (in landscape mode)
