To be consistent, his suspervisor, his supervisor's supervisor etc should also all be jailed. And their assets siezed. All of them. The houses, the ski-chalets, the lake homes, the yachts, the Bentleys, the Lamborghinis, the trust funds, the Swiss bank accounts. Everything. All of it. All the way to the the top.

No charges were ever brought against this guy who plans to manage another hedge fund in the near future. Another crook too big to fail:

Corzine is in the club, and Madoff wasn't.

Others of his ilk got to be Treasury Secretary.
