Spotify Connect stopped working?

Is anyone else have issues with Spotify Connect on their Mu-so? It was working fine from both my Android phone and my windows PC until last weekend when it stopped working on both. I can select spotify Connect on both and click on the Mu-so option on the dropdown. It says it's connecting but nothing happens. I've reset the Mu-so & my router and deleted and reloaded Spotify but still the same.

Any ideas?

Is your subscription up to date? Check at the Spotify website.

I sussed it. Just needed to do a factory reset. I thought I was doing that before but didn't keep the reset button pressed for the full 6 seconds!
