Fault 61 on UnitiLite-NOT related to software upgrade

Today I switched between inputs on device front panel maybe 10 times in a row, and after that device tried to initialize UPNP for several minutes and after that I received "Fault 61 BridgeCo init fail" error and device was frozen. I turned it off and back on and it seems ok for now. Strange...

I didn't do any software upgrade.
