Anyone got experience buying from this site, in particular, is the download manager reliable?
Have bought maybe three or four albums, all seemed to go fine. One had a couple of blips during downloading and I then exceeded the number of attempts but they responded fast to an email and reset the order which I then downloaded fine. At the time I had a lot of problems with my internet connection so I could not be sure it wasn't a fault at my end.
I find that some things are quite cheap compared to Quboz but it seems quite random. Some new releases are reduced for a few days then go back up. If I'm planning on buying something I have a quick look to see if they have a good deal but Quboz has become my favoured option, and has more choice.

Thanks Bruce. I'll give it a try.
An update, after all the Rugby. Bought 'Irish Heartbeat', which I had on CD, but has been unavailable for a long time. 96/24 sounds excellent. I was able to pay with PayPal, which I prefer to other methods. My only complaint is that while it is downloading it doesn't give you a % complete message, only KB downloaded, which is meaningless! And then you have to extract Zip files. Will nobody provide us with the painless process??
I will proceed to buy 24 bit versions of Hymns to the Silence, No Guru....,etc,etc.....
What a treat!!
Glad it has worked for you. Just watch the pricing as it can be pretty erratic. I think it will be interesting if they can expand their library too.
Quboz use PayPal (and zipped files) too by the way.

Hdtracks and Prostudio Masters provide a much more friendly download process, without Zip files. Qobuz has the advantage that you can download again if you want,. Is there any reason the others won't provide this?
