After working for a long time on old software after upgrading Naim software HDX-SSD won't load cover images when ripping and also won't add them when attempts are made to add them later after ripping Actual ripping of music works fine. Any suggestions as to what is causing the problem? Thank you for help

From memory of my UnitiServe, I think there is somewhere in the desktop client about formats for album covers. If run aging around in the DTC doesn't help, a call to Naim might be in order.

Using the Desktop client I succeeded in uploading one cover (from a downloaded file on the computer). But the cover never showed on the n-serve on iPad and then it disappeared from the Desktop Client after about 2 minutes

Can you confirm that the serve 'sees' the internet. In the desktop client I think there is somewhere it says internet 'reachable' or similar.

Thank you for your reply. In the desktop client there is a 'System Status'. In that it says "Internet Accessible   True". Is that what you were referring to?

Yea, the serve carries a limited database of popular titles which it can apply to ripped cds if internet is not available, this is clearly not the issue.
