Question about iRadio (or whatever it's called)

I note with some curiosity that when I browse through the various programmes related to BBC 6Music on my UQ2, that there's an on-demand section.

In that folder, all the shows across the station are listed, but most are empty - if that makes sense.

Is this meant to be what's otherwise known as "listen again" content? If so, why is it not there?

I've noticed in the past that some programmes are unavailable on the Naim app, but available on the BBC iPlayer app, in which case I think it's worth bringing to Naim's attention so they can take it up with the BBC or vTuner.

The other possible issue is that the Beeb keep changing the way they make 'listen again' stuff available. Through their own app, they have moved from 'On Demand' to a 'Download' feature like the BBC TV one, where programmes can be stored on your device for up to a month. The problem with this is that it obviously can't work on a Naim streamer, because it requires storage. Perhaps a good one for a future upgrade to Naim servers?

Then again, it could just be that the folder is empty because there is no currently available content, but the folder hasn't been removed.

This was resolved by Naim support as a vTuner issue.

its a common issue and one thats present on every internet radio I've owned, it seems the BBC don't bother deleting obsolete folders.
