N Serve iPad App and caching

The app appear to cache my library, it appears off line and then disappears. In the iTunes store discription of the App it says it holds it in cache, so you can check whilst at the record store if you have an album. Great feature, but I am now 5,000 miles from my library and the cache is empty.

Is there a setting that I have missed or is it not working as described yet?
