UnitiQute Remote Volume question

Silly question, and i`m sure i will kick myself when i find the answer but the volume buttons on the remote does nott turn up or down the volume on my Unitigute. They do however change the Volume on my main system so have i got the wrong remote or is there a something i have missed? It is the correct looking remote ie it is the smaller black one with white buttons but could it be for a NDX ?

I know the NDX remote looks like that for the UnitQute, I always assumed it would be the same. But perhaps the NDX one is slightly different and certain functions such as volume are designed to work with Naim preamps. What do the other controls do such as input selection, do these work the unitiqut?

I suspect that perhaps you might have the wrong remote if the unitqute volume isnt changing. I'm sure a dealer would be able to help you out.

HI there, all the other functions work as normal. Everything is perfect bar the volume, sounds like the wrong remote to me.

Contact your retailer - it is possible to set the NDX remote's codeset to match the Qute, if in fact the wrong remote had been supplied.
