iTunes 12/MacMini/iPad problem

I've always had issues with iTunes UpNext list. Recently when I select an album it puts 3 or more copies of said album into the UpNext list, editing the unwanted tracks is frustration alley as the tracks delete but the list remains the same length.

If I use the mouse/key board and TV to use iTunes, things are slightly better but Play Next and Add to Play Next result in the same thing the 'new" album is inserted after the current track,

I'm assuming the Play Next would behave like that and Add to would put the new tracks at the end of the list.

Just to add to the frustration I showed Sally the problem and hey presto add to, did add to list, previous album I added I had to move 2 tracks to keep things "organised" ie all tracks of an album is sequence.

Any ideas would be appreciated. I can't see anything like this on web so maybe it's just me?

I rarely use it, and agree it behaves a bit strangely. I wasn't sure if it was me not understanding it or something else, but I stopped using it.
