Anyone know?

Assuming that you are using a PC, when you install the drivers as per the posting from Cornė, you will probably find you see nothing different. So what you do after installing the drivers is to connect your PC to the Naim device with the USB/mini-USB lead, make sure your Naim device and your PC are connected to the Internet (because some of the update can be delivered over the Ethernet/wifi connection to the Naim device rather than the USB lead), then restart the Naim device, then when the Naim device has fully restated, start the update programme on the PC and follow on screen instructions. You will soon get a drop down menu which allows you to select a port. I found it sometimes took half a minute or so for my PC to recognise what it was connected to and load the drivers that I had just installed (Installing them is like putting them into the PCs store cupboard. the PC only takes them out when it is connected to something that needs them, like a bit if Naim kit).
If you don't know which port to select, just try them in turn until you see that has found your Naim device. Then you are all but home and dry. It is easier to do this than to describe it.

Worth checking out your USB cable. The Firmware update notes mention the fact that a USB/Mini 'power' lead is not suitable. I plugged in the first USB cable to hand and no port was recognised. Hunted around and found another USB/Mini that I use for a portfable CD player so i knew this carried data and hey presto port recognised automatically - 5 minutes later firmware updated!
realmadspur, you now have all the advise you need, but why don't you read the Naim instructions .pdf, it has very simple line by line instruction & it also has links to take you to the USB software.
I for the life of me couldn't find the link for usb drivers. It appears the Unitilite is now updating.
Thanks everyone.
I for the life of me couldn't find the link for usb drivers.
Its a line in the .pdf on page 2 .......
..........you will require a fully wired USB A to Mini-USB B cable (“Charging Only” cables cannot be used as they are not wired for data transfer) and you will need to install the following driver.
http://www.silabs.com/Support%...210x_VCP_Windows.zip
..... touch the line with your mouse courser & it changes to the pointy finger hand, right click & it downloads.
