Tidal free trial problem, can anyone help?

After installing Tidal on my machines today, opening the Tidal option on the app, getting the redeem code and following the link to the Tidal website (the site came up all in French as I'm resident here) I created an account by using my email and adding a password, when the next page came up I hesitated as I wanted my wife to translate something. The page must have timed out as it did not look the same on our return. Now I am unable to restart the procedure as my email 'exists' (I only have the one) so cannot advance or 'get in' to the page that timed out. I've looked in Tidal 'aide' but it's no use. Any ideas? Would my redeem code now even be valid if I obtained a new email addy. What a carry on!

Had similar issues to you, this is what worked for me, logged into Tidal using the username and password

I had created went to my account settings and activated Hi-Fi Subscription and entered payment details.

 

Then went and added code manually Tidal then confirmed trial period and everything working fine.

Yes correct, don't know why it messed up as many other people upgraded fine

Excellent, got in to the webpage (despite attempts by the system to redirect me to the Tidal app download!) entered the code, no go, no payment method entered. All I have to do is find those terms and read them then I can relax! Thank you again for your help Xenasys, much obliged.
