Streamer not responding

hi, Naim app will not connect with MuSo even though it is playing music fron Spotify and I get this message Streamer not responding? Why is this and can I get my Naim app back?

When I see this message from my NDS (about once a month IIRC) I switch the NDS power supply (555PS DR) off for a few seconds tyen switch it back on.  Usually cures it unless the cause is my iPad deciding to switch the wifi to one of my neighbours in which case I go into the iPad settings and switch it back.

Never had it with the Muso, but like the other forum member I have this every three months on the NDS and it cures itself by switching on and off.

You may be able to fix this by re-starting the Naim App (double click the home button, swipe the App icon upwards, single click the home button and select the App as normal. If that doesn't work, then you may find restarting the Muso sorts it, but I suspect it's more likely that you will need to reboot your router too. Anyway if you restart all three, you should be fine.
