Apologies if this has been covered but I chose PayPal as the payment method for Tidal and was told my subscr would be $19.99 upon renewal.
This is is about the price of a new CD.
Amazing really.

Good news, but I would change where you buy your CDs. I pay 30 to 60%of that typically for new CDs, and 10% of that or less for used CDs

Have you checked your Tidal account? Mine is showing the payment as £19.99, i.e. the usual $1=£1 exchange rate that operates in the computer world. Still good value though considering how much I use it.

I entered credit card details after I encountered some kind of issue when I tried to assign it to my PayPal account. I wonder what exchange rate would apply if I were to swap to payment from my PayPal account before the 3-month trial expires?
