album not appearing in N Stream

Hi all, recently downloaded the hi res file for Led Zeppelin 3. Made a folder and then dragged and dropped into multimedia folder on my QNAP NAS drive. This appears and opens in the NAS but does not appear in N Stream to play on my NDX. Anyone got any thoughts or experiences with this ?. Many thanks John

You need to tell the upnp server to rescan. That should fix it. You nay also need to empty the upnp cache via the app, though it should not be necessary.

No joy I'm afraid HH, wouldn't let me re scan ( kept getting failure message) so I'm thinking my folder may be corrupt in some way ? although it will open and play if I access via my computer. I hate computers!!!
