I generally hate these albums and as we are getting closer. What's your favorite and worst Christmas Album, I have started with a picture of a new album.....
I generally eschew Christmas albums. In Kylie's case I'd be more interested in viewing her 2016 calendar, although her album features a track with Frank Sinatra that might be interesting to sample.
This is in the post
+1 for this topic:-)
my one and only album for these days is from J.S.Bach

There are some gems on here especially " O Little Town of Bethlehem" set to the tune of The Animals "House of the Rising Sun" it shouldn't work but it does, worth the price of the CD alone!!..
Honest it is quite
This always gets a play at Christmas.
I always play these two.
One of the better "festive" albums:

Wow. What a Grinch. We have a Christmas collection that we love and queue up each year. Highlights include Wintersong by our neighbour Sarah. It incudes a version of the best-ever Xmas song....

As always Ray delivers;
Uniformly dreadful IMHO. I don't own a single Xmas pop album, just one of Carols from kings College that I never play. We don't really have Xmas at home though as my wife is Jewish and I am miserable or at work!
Xmas am= Fairytale Of New York on repeat. Does it for me every time.

Unexpected good fun.
This might be ok.....
"Bright Day Star" by the Baltimore Consort on Dorian, featuring Custer LaRue (soprano).
BBM
Contains the memorable hit "Merry Christmas Neighbors" sung by Lorne Greene and the Cartwright's.
As always Ray delivers;
This always gets a few plays at our house at that time of year
If you like Barenaked Ladies you'll enjoy their Christmas offering.
