I generally hate these albums and as we are getting closer. What's your favorite and worst Christmas Album, I have started with a picture of a new album.....

I generally eschew Christmas albums. In Kylie's case I'd be more interested in viewing her 2016 calendar, although her album features a track with Frank Sinatra that might be interesting to sample.

There are some gems on here especially " O Little Town of Bethlehem" set to the tune of The Animals "House of the Rising Sun" it shouldn't work but it does, worth the price of the CD alone!!..

Wow. What a Grinch. We have a Christmas collection that we love and queue up each year. Highlights include Wintersong by our neighbour Sarah. It incudes a version of the best-ever Xmas song....

Then, at the risk of having to go out of the stage door, turn around three times and whistle for having mentioned The Scottish Brand, I'd recommend this recent release:

Uniformly dreadful IMHO. I don't own a single Xmas pop album, just one of Carols from kings College that I never play. We don't really have Xmas at home though as my wife is Jewish and I am miserable or at work!

Xmas am= Fairytale Of New York on repeat. Does it for me every time.
