Tidal from Apple iPad to DAC V1 + NAP 100 + PM Twenty 21

I have a DAC V1 + NAP 100 + PMC Twenty 21 and would like stream to it from Tidal via an iPad or iPod or i Phone

Is the Sono Connect the best option (does it support native HI FI Tidal streams) using a good fibre cable e.g. QED

I am Interested in any alternatives

A Sonos Connect would be a good solution, easy to set up. It will play Tidal and other web streaming sources like Qobuz, Deezer etc. and iRadio. It doesn't need to take the stream from an iPad or iPhone, it will connect to your network itself. You just use an iOS app to control it. Connect it to the DAC via SPDIF. Alternatively, you can do the same with a computer. Search the forum and you'll find loads of posts from people who have a Mac Mini for this purpose.

Worth investigating I would have thought. As perhaps might Roon if you wanted to go the computer route
