Outstanding service

 It is so easy to take for granted excellent service. I would love to give massive kudos to Naim Christchurch NZ. It's people like Bruce that make Naim more than just a music box.

I had posted yesterday that I was concerned about an issues with my Cds2. While Bruce was over dressing my cables with plugs, I asked him about it. He quickly identified/ acknowledged the possibility and quick smart  proceeded to undress the Cds2. Within 20 mins All 4 spring mounts where found to be rolling free in the box,he quickly  and proficiently remounted them then redressed my her. This was above and  beyond his call of duty for to many reasons to state right now. People like Bruce just keep folks like me coming back.

You did the right thing by getting it checked out.  I'm glad all is good again.

I've had nothing but excellent after sales service and I never take it for granted. It wouldn't make something that is average sound better but in the case of Naim it all just adds to the ownership proposition and fosters customer loyalty.

Yes the board(s) where just resting on the base. Rather terrifying.
