DAC V1 intermittent mute

Hello,
I have DAC v1 for 8 months , and i have the next situation: for the past few days i saw the dispaly became little bit darker on the top front(first 2 lines), and the unit automatically mute, sometimes it takes longer till first automatically mute but after first auto mute it become intermittent . I tried reset, update firmware to 1.16, stop/start, push logo for unmute, unmute from remote control...same situation every time. I use as sources toslink (TV) and mac mini (USB); the situation is more often on toslink input(TV), soruces (tv and mac) are on togheter all time, mac mini is connected through HDMI at tv...
If i use dac v1 with fixed output, its ok but still try to mute because every few seconds on display is showing volume fixed, as he try to mute.
Can anyone give an explanation on whats happening with my dac v1? It is normal, it's something i miss with dac v1 inputs.
