N Serve Problems

Reading about the issues with N-serve makes me feel like you have to be a network geek to be able to get something simple like an IPAD app to work/connect.The upgrade seems to have gone disasterously wrong.
This isnt doing anyhting positive for Naim brand reputation.
One of the reasons we pay a premium for thse products is to avoid this stuff.
When will it be fixed please?

I haven't had the courage to update to the iPad IOS 4.3.3 since Naim warned us that there a issues with 4.3.
Has anyone, other than Jeff, found that their Naim app. has stopped working recently?

I have the n-Serve app running on an iPod Touch with IOS 4.3.3 and never came across a problem...

Many ipad\Ipod here with updated software, different networks; I have updated setup at dealers' no problems.
