My best wishes for this peaceful day

This morning my wife and I started at around 9 with a very quiet Christmas Eve's coffee, all was peaceful and gentle, and even the upstairs neighbours' little niece, age 3, was not there, running up and down on our ceiling, as is usual over the week.
Classic FM was on the kitchen radio, in the most reassuring way: John Rutter, like a smooth coating of good will and sugar, was everywhere, on everything.
Then, at the tenth choir and the tenth Carol or so, something clicked in my head and I ran to the TT and placed AC DC's It's a long way to the top on the Dual, at a deafening volume, air-bagpiping Bon Scott's solo, feeling blood coming to the veins again!
So, this is just to wish a Hell of a Happy Christmas to everybody!

I'm very happy that my playful post has become quasi an official Merry Christmas thread..
Actually, my wife, a choir conductor, loves John Rutter a lot, and I myself like many of his choral pieces. Only, after many days of sugar I felt the need for some adrenaline!
So, seriously: I wish everyone the happiest Christmas, and if I may paraphrase Nigel, whichever way you feel it, live it, mean it. I'm happy to be part of this strange community, and hope that my injection of innocent sin has amused some and offended none.
