I guess it comes with the territory. Anyone who walks into a hi-fi specialist and ends up with a Naim product will almost certainly have gone there with the intention of buying or at least auditioning that item. People who buy 'lifestyle' products from a High Street retailer will have heard of Sonus and a few other similar makes. The will probably not even have heard of Naim or the Muso. To them, buying and owning Sonus is what really counts. Quality of sound doesn't really matter, with the end result that the Muso will probAbly not even be auditioned.
Good news for the rest of us who have an empty spot in our kitchens.
