I had to return my HDX-SSD for repair as it was frozen. Now I have it back it can't find my internet - any help on what I need to do to make this happen ?

Did you have it set to static?

If you did then another device on ypour network may have snatched the IP address

Either reconfigure with a free static IP or change to DHCP

Thanks for the advice - how do I reconfigure or change to DHCP ?

Have a look in System Settings, either on the front panel display, or in the DTC or N-Serve, and find the IP address of the HDX. Then look in the LAN settings on your router and you should find a list of attached devices. The HDX should be on the list, with an IP address that should be the same as the one in system settings. If the two numbers are different, RobGR could be right; if they are the same, the problem lies elsewhere.

Many thanks for your reply. The IP address for the Naim is different from the dLAN  booster I have plugged it into. WHich one do I change ? How do I reconfigure with a free status IP or change to DHCP ?

Also the IP address I used to use on my MAC for the Naim says "safari can't open the page because the server where this page is located isn't responding" - this is part of the problem as well ?

You need the 'Naim Set IP Tool' from here (I've found this tool somewhat flaky in the past so be aware)

Witch browser. In ie11 on Windows I get a file download dialogue where I am asked if I want to save the file.

Doesn't help today but contact Phil Harris at naim support on Monday if you are still having issues.

Try here, scoll down to 'Manuals & Downloads' and then follow the link for 'Set IP Tool' from there
