Well EyeConnect is probably your best bet for very basic UPnP streaming.

In its simplest guise an optical cable will do you.

If one is being pedantic, optical out is not streaming

Until Naim add AirPlay support to the Uniti, you can't stream directly from iTunes.
You can connect an Airport or AppleTV and stream to *them* from iTunes.
Unless I'm missing something, the suggestions above relating to UPnP don't have anything to with iTunes, which is what the OP asked about. Happy to be corrected.

Depends if you simply want the music that is in your iTunes or you actually want to use the interface of iTunes. If you want to use the interface then no, you can't control iTunes streaming into Uniti.
If, on the other hand, you simply want to hear what is in your iTunes collection then you need to download a UPNP player (either Asset for a PC or Eyeconnect for the Mac) in order for it to stream to the Uniti.
