Problem with n-serve on iPad

I've been running n-serve on my wife's iPad for a week or so with no problems. After downloading a load of cover artwork we deleted the cache to get the iPad to reload everything including the new artwork.

After doing this successfully, we now have the problem when we go into the n-serve app, we get the message "loading" and the spinning wheel. Despite having left it for an hour or so, and also logging in the next day, we still get it. My next plan was to re-install the app.

 

Any thoughts?

If no help, reboot iPad,

if no help, re-download app
