Since when did this equal better music? Sounds like adjectives used for the plethora of digital cameras on the market today. Film is so much more pleasant to look at.
Oh dear, there is another subject that could be debated for hours. Personally I wouldn't go back to film for free
Your loss.

If so I can't say that I feel it at all and I suspect I am very much in the majority. As with hifi the world moves on and generally speaking new things catch on because most people think they are an improvement. There are always those who prefer to hold onto what they have and who feel it is better than the latest thing - that's fine, they have that right and I'm not going to tell them they are wrong, providing, of course, that they don't tell me I am, something that many seem to find irresistible
IMO it is your loss. The dumbing down of imagery has been going on for a long time now. Holding on to the past is not even relevant, but holding on to quality is. I always say, if you can't see it then don't worry about it, but others can.
Digital photography is a but like digital music; people adopted it for convenience, not quality. That and the fact that the market pushed it at them.

They are better than the older generation and boogie very well.
I still love my NAP 200, but really want to upgrade that also to DR""
Just to be clear, I never heard a 250DR, but for the most part the Forum has confirmed, it's a heck of a amp.
And correct me if I'm wrong, the DR upgrade for the 200 doesn't get the 009 resisters, only the regulated amps get The Trickled Down Statement Technologies!
My concerns was directed towards The Evolution of The Naim Sound.
CB-Olive-Black Boxes, and now The Dred Black Boxes, all put in place for The evolving Naim Sound.
Hence, a Dred front and rear end, with The Full Loom, and one has the New Naim Sound.
My premise is The Naim Sound is evolving towards the West or Mainstream!
There is no objective truth.
Flat earth is about hearing what the musicians are doing.
Round earth is about presentation and seeing with your ears.
Round Earth - Imaging, tonality, resolution
Flat Earth - Timing, tunefulness, communicability
However, these qualities are not mutually exclusive to either group.
Hence, The New Evolving Naim Sound!
Just My Humble Thoughts!
The Armchair QB!
