When I had 282/scdr/250 I tried my old Hicap on the superline but didn't like the result though don't know if it was the hicap or putting the steel cased NAD tuner below the 250 that killed the involvement.
Also, whlst powering the superline from the 282, I've tried various stacking orders (the NAD stayed on 2nd from top this time) and swapping 555ps, SC and 250 gave some very marked differences and a definite preference. I exchanged the 282 and CDX2 in the clean stack while I was at it and again there was a clear winner.
I now have a 5 week old 552 powering the superline and I'm giving it until Easter to settle down before I try the supercap on the superline. 552 owners, do you use a supercap and if so where in the Fraim do you put it? If not have you tried one?
A year old supercap can ease the pain of a 300 or used 500 if redundent.

Late last year I swapped 252/SC for 552. This allowed me to put the SC on the SL. I had previously used a HC to power the SL. I posted here about the apparent downgrade in vinyl replay. It all came down to where the equipment was sited on the racks. In the end I bought a Vulcan to site the TT so that I could place the SL on the top of the power rack. Previously I had it in the middle of the brawn stack. This did not work at all.
This for me did the trick. I never did power the SL from the 552 on the grounds that it is supposed to sing with the very expensive SC and I wanted to make this option work properly. I was amazed by the changes in SQ due to the placement of the equipment. Keep the Brains and Brawn apart if you can.

SL is one shelf up from the bottom on a FFFraim shelf, 1st try I think will be to move the 250 down to a base shelf (double as FFFraim base but Lite shelves without glass) and put the SC above on a FFFraim shelf. Burndy for the SC-SL will probably touch the carpet if no support so may need to prop it up but I may be lucky.

I don't have a Superline, rather a Stageline N. I did read on this forum a long time ago that a SuperCap powering a phono stage was best placed at the base of a rack.
I have a SuperCap at the base of one of my racks (ideally on the brawn side). My Stageline is actually mounted below the the TT, but on the same wall mounted shelf.
If you're planning on using a Burndy to power the Superline maximising the distance between them will help with optimum cable dressing
Sounds good to me.
p.s. Maybe keep the phono stage as isolated and as distant from the power supply as possible.
